Position: Caf Manager
Location: 24 Old Black Meadow Rd, Chester, NY
Responsibilities:
As the Caf Manager at Frozen Ropes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our caf. Your responsibilities will include:
- Menu Development and Management:
- Create and maintain an appealing menu that caters to our diverse clientele.
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all cafe patrons.
- Train and supervise cafe staff to deliver friendly and efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budget, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and schedule cafe staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote cafe offerings.
- Organize special events, promotions, and themed nights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cafe manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
