Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAssisting Chief Engineer.

Members of the maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. Ensures that all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.

Duties include, but are not limited to: walking floors including roof checking for problems and lights out and reports it to the supervisor, monitoring equipment, painting, completing daily work orders, minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing work.
