Vista Ford Lincoln of Woodland Hills is a family owned dealership serving the automotive needs of customers in the southern California market since 1974, offering great pay programs and opportunities for the right individual. We are looking for the best technicians in the industry to join our team. Many of our technicians have been with us for many years and you too can become part of our industry leading team.
You must be able to work well and communicate with others including service writers, cashiers, managers and most importantly customers. You should be excellent in diagnostic and repair procedures, be very neat, clean and respect customer property.
Essential Functions:
- good written and verbal communication skills;
- able to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism;
- prompt and regular attendance;
- unrestricted, unexpired driver's license;
- insurable by Dealership (No DWI convictions within the past 10 years; No more than 2 moving violation and/or fault accident in the last 3 years)
- ability to operate standard transmission vehicle;
- excellent work ethic;
- willing and able to comply with all laws and regulations for the position;
- able to perform physical requirements of technician position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years experience as a technician
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE Certification
- Ford or other manufacturer certification
