Position: Senior Lead .NET Developer
Contract Term: 12 months

Objective:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead .NET Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, creating, and testing interfaces and data exchanges for two critical projects: The Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) and the Integrated Justice System (IJS).
- The IRIS project will implement a new jail management system for the client, while the IJS project will modernize existing components of the Criminal Justice Information Control (CJIC) system to ensure compatibility with the new JMS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and testing of interfaces and data exchanges for both IRIS and IJS projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and document business requirements.
- Utilize extensive .NET experience to develop robust and scalable solutions using C#.
- Leverage your expertise in integration technologies (APIs, ESBs, middleware) to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing database applications using SQL Server (MS or Oracle).
- Integrate applications with cloud-based platforms like Azure Integration Services, AWS Lambda, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
- Implement and manage API solutions utilizing tools like Azure API Management, MuleSoft API Manager, or Software AG API Gateway.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain a high level of code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and the .NET framework.
- 7+ years of experience in integration technologies (APIs, ESBs, middleware).
- 7+ years of experience working with data formats and protocols like XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST.
- 7+ years of experience with implementing database applications using SQL Server (MS or Oracle).
- 4+ years of experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
- 4+ years of experience with API management solutions.
- 7+ years of experience working with SMEs to gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong team leadership qualities.
