We are seeking experienced and highly skilled IT Business Analysts to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be crucial in analyzing IT business requirements, translating them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and collaborating closely with technical teams and Project Managers to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities. You will coordinate data extraction from various databases, perform feasibility analysis, and participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing.

Responsibilities:


  • Conducted feasibility analysis and scope projects, working closely with technical teams and project managers.
  • Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate data extraction from multiple databases and interpret data to support analytical needs.
  • Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing; support Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Issue Resolution, and Report Generation.
  • Conduct research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and translate them into technical project specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop business process models and documentation.
  • Utilize advanced skills in MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook) for documentation and presentation purposes.
  • Interface directly with customers for project oversight and presentations.
Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Extensive customer interfacing experience with project oversight and presentations.
  • General understanding of large IT operating environments, including Change Control, Desktop Support, Service Desks, Application Development, Release Management, Networks, and Data Centers.
  • Expertise in process mapping, requirements definition, design documentation, and system implementation using JIRA, Visio, and Adobe tools.
  • Highly skilled in Agile development practices, including developing and managing Features, EPICS, User Stories, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Demos.
