Division Manager West

Job Overview:
The Division Manager plays a key role in driving the success and growth of our operations within the designated division. This leadership position requires a proven track record in industrial services and leak sealing, team management skills, safety leadership, and the ability to foster strong client relationships. The position is responsible for managing their divisions profit and loss statement monthly with the assistance of financial leaders.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage field services staff and operations manager or managers at the divisional level.
- Responsible for performance management for field level technical staff.
- Review and approve scopes of work ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Ensure service dates and customer commitments are met.
- Manage the divisional P&L ensuring cost and profitability levels are achieved.
- Coordinate field services labor scheduling.
- Establish and maintain customer relations with various levels within the customer organization.
- Coordinate with territory sales staff in obtainment of sales plans and revenue goals.
- Prepare various reports to provide to regional management including safety, financial, technical, etc.
- Build and maintain a cohesive and safe working environment.
- Represent Colt with honesty in day-to-day duties.
- Maintain Colt’s values in both action and appearance.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience in industrial service, preferably in leak sealing.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of more than 5.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- High driven, self-motivated and well organized.
- Mut be able to safely operate a vehicle and make face-to-face customer meetings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean record.
- Ability to adapt to ever changing schedules and priorities (24 hour emergency service)
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test and background check in compliance with our safety program.
- All management roles are responsible for setting a good example for their staff.
