YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC CONSTRUCTION FIELD MANAGER

This full-time position is based in the vibrant city of St. George, UT 84790. Your typical schedule will encompass the excitement of the construction world from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends to ensure project success.

As the HVAC Construction Field Manager at S&S Mechanical, you are the conductor of an incredible symphony of talent. From dawn to dusk, you orchestrate the seamless execution of our HVAC projects, ensuring every note is played to perfection.

You arrive on-site, with a vision of confidence, as your team eagerly awaits your guidance. With your expert knowledge and magnetic leadership, you set the pace for the day. From scheduling to quality control, you oversee it all. As you navigate the challenges that arise, you tackle them head-on, leveraging your problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.

Collaboration is your superpower. You forge strong relationships with general contractors and other trades, fostering an environment of trust and mutual respect. Your keen eye catches even the tiniest details, ensuring flawless installations that exceed client expectations. Trade Professionalism

  • Minimum 1 year of previous HVAC experience
  • Maintain Certifications. Set Example

  • Maintain Trust Certification

Process Driven

  • Continually contribute to accurate 3 week schedule
  • Confirm accuracy of time punches for crews
  • Maintain BT and job site Daily Logs
  • Uphold vehicle prep & inspection 'rack-to-back'
  • Reinforce no will-call policy. All purchasing requires PO
  • Oversee construction phase processes
  • Oversee warehouse interaction with install
  • Oversee accuracy in field receiving PO vs Ship tickets
