Your day to day as a Certified Nursing Assistant

Requirements for this Certified Nursing Assistant job

To excel in this dynamic role at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and must have successfully completed a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course, holding or being eligible for a valid Wisconsin license. Previous experience as a C.N.A. working with older adults, dementia care, and rehabilitation residents is preferred, showcasing your expertise in providing specialized care. Your knowledge and skills will be enhanced by utilizing various tools and software to support resident care and daily operations effectively.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certificate/License: must have completed a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course and hold or be eligible for a valid Wisconsin license.
  • Work Experience: Prefer C.N.A. experience with older adults
  • dementia care and rehabilitation residents.
