Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Following a system developed to produce successful painting projects
  • Properly preparing surfaces before applying primers and finishes
  • Protecting unpainted surfaces using professional techniques
  • Use fillers like painters putty, Bondo, glazing, plaster & epoxy wood filler to achieve a uniform surface
  • Adhering to workplace safety rules
  • Collaborating efficiently with crew members and company associates
  • Maintaining cleanliness and regular maintenance of job sites, tools, and vehicles
  • Professional communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors
  • Accurate maintenance of timesheets and job site tracking forms.

  • Hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

  • Possess outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor
  • Excel in all Journeymen painting skills (Prepping, Brushing, Rolling, and spraying)
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a robust work ethic
  • Understand the skills and tools necessary for top-quality painting projects
  • Possess a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, always seeking new opportunities and solutions
  • Thrive in team collaboration while excelling independently
