Are you a compassionate and dynamic psychotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of BIPOC individuals? McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated clinician to join our award-winning, Black-owned group practice. As a full-time hybrid Psychotherapist, you will provide holistic mental health services throughout PA and DE.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

This hybrid Psychotherapist position offers a competitive pay structure based on a 60/40 split. You can expect to earn between $39.60 and $108 per hour, depending on the client. On average, our therapists typically earn around $50 per hour. We also offer generous perks such as:

This social work and counseling position has flexible scheduling options to accommodate your work-life balance. Full-time counseling positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a hybrid Psychotherapist, you will start your day by preparing for your client sessions, whether they are in-person at our Winco, PA or Philadelphia offices, or via telehealth from your hybrid workspace. You will engage in individual, couples, family, and group therapy, providing culturally sensitive care to BIPOC identifying individuals. Your day will include clinical care, documentation, and care coordination, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support. You will collaborate with peers and participate in clinical supervision to enhance your skills and provide the best care possible. Your role will be dynamic and impactful, making a real difference in the community.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in counseling or social work
• Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania or Delaware
• Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week

It is preferred to be able to work with people of various ages and conduct psychotherapy via telehealth. Additional clinical certifications and training are a plus, too
