Your day to day as a Universal Member Services Representative

As a Universal Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating strong financial relationships with our members through exceptional consultative service. Your role will involve identifying member needs and aligning them with the appropriate SkyOne products and services, while ensuring seamless account management and efficient processing of transactions. You will actively contribute to our business development initiatives by acquiring new memberships, engaging in outreach activities, and promoting our offerings to both existing and potential members.

By adhering to our established policies and procedures, meeting performance targets, and delivering a premier member experience, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our Credit Union. Are you the Universal Member Services Representative we're looking for?

To excel as a Universal Member Services Representative at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you must possess a strong grasp of our wide range of Credit Union products and services to effectively address member needs. Utilizing your keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you will engage with members to understand their financial requirements and offer tailored solutions that best suit their circumstances. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets is crucial, as is delivering exceptional service across all branch functions and the Call Center. Your ability to maintain adherence to cash handling procedures and balancing policies will be essential in ensuring accuracy in processing transactions and account management tasks. Remaining up-to-date on training and complying with Credit Union policies and regulations are key components of success in this role.

Adaptability, professionalism, and dedication to serving our members with excellence are vital traits for thriving in this fast-paced and rewarding position.
