You'll be able to establish relationships from all walks of life and be part of a family rather than a corporate employee.  But what really sets us apart is that we're not a restaurant - far from it.  We're a unique elder care neighborhood of homes looking for a compassionate trust worthy manager to spear head our efforts to produce and deliver great meals to our Elders.  Every day is different and exciting  It's more than a job it has a purpose. 

We are looking for a Chef Coach to manage food purchasing and inventory, Coach and Train our care team to prepare, cook, and present simple, great tasting, and well presented home cooked meals.  If you truly have a passion for food and want to make a difference in others' lives we'd love to hear from you. 

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

1. Serve Safe Certification:

- Must possess a Serve Safe Certification to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

2. Customer Service Disposition:

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when interacting with our staff, elders, and their family members.

3. Quality Control Supervisor:

- Adhere to Department of Health regulations to maintain quality control in food preparation and delivery.

4. Coaching and Training:

- Coach and train our team in proper food storage, preparation techniques, and presentation to consistently deliver delicious and visually appealing home-cooked meals.

5. Daily Immersion:

- Be fully engaged on a daily basis, overseeing the preparation of meals by our staff to ensure consistent quality.

6. Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with various vendors for food inventory purchases, ensuring timely and efficient supply management.

7. Flexibility and Mobility:

- Be physically able to move throughout our campus and various locations, actively participating in meal preparation and supervision.

- Be available for quick errands to grocery stores such as Publix or Costco, as needed.
