The BDC Agent at Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a vital part of our sales team and plays a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and generating leads for our dealership. This is a full time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization. The BDC agent will be covering our varying shifts of 8:30am-6pm and/or 10a-7:30p five days a week and working every other Saturday. The BDC Agent will work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to drive sales and achieve our dealership's goals.

Pay Range: $15 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage leads through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions
• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Gather and record customer information accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement new strategies and promotions to generate leads
• Maintain a working knowledge of our dealership's products and services
• Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold the dealership's standards and policies at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
