Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus.The Onsite Specialist establishes and maintains relationships with clients and works to ensure their staffing and labor needs are met. The Onsite Specialist will manage staff onsite and ensure their needs are met. Onsite Specialist will be responsible for conducting orientations, verifying hours and attendance, assisting with the completion of forms, redirecting undesired behaviors meeting with supervisory staff.   • Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Always flexible as schedules & other duties may be assigned to meet customer and business demands.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay informed on current, future hiring and business needs.
  • Interface with clients, candidates and employees providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage a full cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, interviewing, screening, placing and onboarding new candidates.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to a client supplied job criteria, using computer database, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, field recruiting and employee referral program.
  • Maintain company compliance by following the hiring practices outlined by FLSA, EEOC, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and any federal and states employment laws.
  • Maintain and update all client, applicant and employee information in our recruiting software, employee database software and applicant tracking system.
  • Perform screening methods including background checks, drug test and reference checks.
  • Provide candidates and employees with a client specific job and safety orientation.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure staffing effectiveness including order to fill rates, turnover and time keeping.
