Interested in the mortgage industry, but not sure where to start? Lend-A-Loan is growing the team and looking for a driven Lead Generator ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. We provide training and offer additional resources while you work as a Lead Generator working towards becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer and receiving your NMLS license. Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 9:30-6:00

Tuesday - 9:30-7:00

Friday - 9:30-5:00

Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads

  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting
  • Previous mortgage exp. is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
