Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you a motivated food service industry professional looking for a new supervisory position? You could be the ideal candidate for our next shift manager position at our quick service restaurant. This position is in charge of scheduling employees, assigning tasks to them, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that our customers receive food and beverages as quickly as possible. You should have prior experience working in a fast food or quick service restaurant, as well as excellent organizational skills and some supervisory experience. $16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Take care of all aspects of staffing, such as monitoring, scheduling shifts, and training people to improve compliance and output.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Cover the duties of crew members who are unable to work their shifts
  • Instruct the staff on safety procedures, customer service best practices, and restaurant cleanliness requirements
  • Designate various tasks to departments and individual staff, ensuring they are completed promptly and successfully so food and beverages are delivered quickly

Responsibilities include;

  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed 
Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
  • Must have prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role
  • Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service
  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
