Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, design including ad banners, social media graphics, emails, and graphic design including full-page newspaper ads, billboards, and some direct mail. One Saturday a month is required. This job is onsite (not remote) in Lehighton, PA or Sanford, FL. Salary to be discussed based on experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Thinking creatively to produce branded ideas and creative concepts
• Employ color, type, illustration, stock photography, and various print/ layout techniques when designing a project
• Develop graphics for web and print applications
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval through the Creative Director

*A graphics test will be required to initiate the interview process.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Above Average to Expert working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Must have a working knowledge of design principles
• Ability to work at a fast pace a must
• Must be able to work independently and under strict deadlines
• Must be responsive/open to changes and can offer creative options
• Experience with design for social media graphics is preferred
• Some experience with animation is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
