Wild Hope Therapy is an established private therapy practice in Cleveland Heights, OH, focused on women’s behavioral health, trauma, perinatal mental health, interpersonal and complex trauma, and life transitions. Wild Hope is looking for passionate, confident therapists interested in joining a collaborative and dedicated community.


We provide a hybrid of in-person and virtual therapy, and employees have access to a fully furnished and decorated office space. Duties will include diagnostic assessments, individual counseling to adult clients, treatment planning, and documentation.

Compensation:

$45 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based psychotherapy to adults 19+; with a special emphasis on women's behavioral health.
  • Complete comprehensive and compliant documentation within 48 hours of client sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of 24+ clients a week through communication with the scheduling and marketing team; developing scheduling and time management skills; and cultivating client relationships.
  • Attend monthly team meetings to keep up with practice happenings, policy, and/or operations changes.
  • Continue professional development and education in specialty areas and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a high standard of care to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a similar area of study.
  • Active licensure in the state of Ohio: LPC, LSW. MFT, LPCC, LISW, IMFT.
  • 2-3 years of post-graduate work experience.
  • Developed niche or specialty (EMDR, perinatal, couples counseling, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently day-to-day with a desire to be part of a collaborative, professional community.
