Job DescriptionJoin a family-oriented team where your skills are valued. As an Alarm Service Technician, you'll install and repair advanced security systems for commercial clients. This role lets you make a real impact while growing in a supportive environment. If you're passionate about security technology and hands-on work, we want you Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and service Analog and IP camera systems for quality surveillance.
  • Program and troubleshoot DVRs and NVRs for reliable video recording.
  • Install and troubleshoot access control and security systems, including keypads, card readers, and biometrics.
  • Pull and install low-voltage wiring for access control, security, fire, and CCTV systems in commercial projects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on security systems.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
  • Diagnose and repair system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technicians to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proficiency with alarm systems and equipment from brands such as DSC, Alarm.com, Ademco, Qolsys, Silent Knight, FireLite by Honeywell, Kidde, HIKVISION, Verkada, LTS, ICRealtime, and BRIVO.
  • Fire alarm experience or licensure is a plus.
  • Valid security license issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety Security Division.
  • Strong technical skills in installing, programming, and troubleshooting security systems.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and repairing system issues.
