The Banquet Server role at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick involves providing excellent food and beverage service to banquet guests. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up banquet events according to the event orders and company standards.
  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of banquet areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Perform post-event cleanup tasks, including clearing dishes, cleaning tables, and storing equipment.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
