OVERVIEW
BEI Tactical LLC (BEI) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB. BEI is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as a Diving Maintenance Technician/3M Work Center Supervisor for our Virginia Beach based customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Diving Maintenance Technician/3M Work Center Supervisor (Naval Special Warfare) will be
responsible for providing the following:
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance as mandated by OPNAV Instruction 4790 and
as scheduled in 3M for over 2,000 open circuit items including SCUBA tanks, regulators, air
compressors, Haskel oxygen charging booster pumps and kits, diagnostic test equipment and
tools, buoyancy compensators, surface swim life preservers, depth gauges, pressure gauges,
underwater communications equipment, full face diving masks, and diving Life Support System
(DLSS) associated equipment.
Schedule maintenance within the Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) computer program
and document maintenance as it is completed.
Conduct Low-Mu testing of materiel
Inventory repair parts and identify requirements for recommended procurement.
Conduct spot-inventories of diving equipment.
Assist with customer service, issue, and receipt of diving equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of six (6) years experience as a certified 5342 Diver.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience within Navy Expeditionary Combat Command
Minimum of one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Teams.
Minimum of than one (1) year of experience using OMMS-NG software
Must have a prior qualification as MK16 underwater breathing apparatus diver
Must have a prior qualification as hyperbaric chamber operator
Possess a valid state drivers license.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
Enter data into multiple databases accurately.
Navy Dive School Certified (NEC 5342 or higher)
Qualification as a Material Maintenance Management (3M) Maintenance Man, 3M Quality
Assurance Craftsman and 3M Work Center Supervisor.
Qualified in accordance with NAVEDTRA 43910-(Series)
Possess factory-trained certification for diving equipment within inventory, DLSS Re-Entry
Control (REC) Supervisor, oxygen clean system worker, and MK 25 UBA maintenance technician.
Current DoD active SECRET clearance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
