Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute strategic customer service initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Monitor weekly goals and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
  • Participate in training programs and apply acquired skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, clients, and management.
  • Plan and coordinate events to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Employee duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
  • All employees are expected to contribute to the company’s goals of continuous improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
