We seek a Licensed Clinician to join our team in West Asheville, NC.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for independent practice in North Carolina.
  • Can commute to the location in person with the possibility of hybrid.
  • At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire.
