econstruct, Inc., a prominent construction firm in Los Angeles, is currently hiring for the position of full-time Construction Estimator.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR: YOUR ROLE

As a Construction Estimator, your typical day will involve gathering bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors, reviewing construction documents, and researching the costs of materials, labor, and equipment. You'll use your analytical skills to generate accurate estimates for labor and materials, making sure that all projects stay within budget. Additionally, you'll collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain quotes and maintain positive relationships with them


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial and residential construction
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions correspondence, memos, blueprints, and floor plans
  • Ability to read contracts, documents, and reports
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Solid knowledge of MEP systems

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time position with regular hours, providing stability and consistency in your work schedule. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our team.
