Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer/Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and building websites. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our company's websites, as well as creating engaging content for various marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality and user experience.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging graphics, illustrations, and other multimedia elements for marketing materials and campaigns that creates brand recognition and drive leads and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Optimize website performance and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Track and interpret engagement data to improve marketing methods.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance web design and graphic design skills.
  • Provide support for website troubleshooting and technical issues as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and building websites.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience working with complex site builders such as WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Ability to sit and do computer-work for extended periods of time.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
