Key Responsibilities: Pay rate: $75 - $85 /hour

Cybersecurity SOC Analyst:

  1. Monitor security systems, including SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
  2. Analyze and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and recommending remediation steps.
  3. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, and ensure timely resolution of findings.
  4. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
  5. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to proactively protect the organization.

IT Change Management Specialist:

  1. Manage the IT change management process, ensuring changes are logged, evaluated, approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled manner.
  2. Coordinate with various IT teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  3. Maintain detailed documentation of all changes, including risk assessments, rollback plans, and post-implementation reviews.
  4. Conduct change management training and awareness programs for IT staff and end-users.
  5. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the change management process.

Salesforce Administration:

  1. Administer and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's needs, including user management, data security, workflows, and custom objects.
  2. Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and implement solutions within Salesforce.
  3. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform through regular audits and compliance checks.
  4. Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the platform.
  5. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and feature enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity role.
  3. Proven experience in IT change management, including managing change control processes and documentation.
  4. Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is highly preferred.
  5. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  2. Experience with other CRM or ITSM tools.
  3. Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  4. Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  5. Experience with ITIL framework and practices.
