Purpose:

Edible is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Services Associate to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role you will play a key role in working directly with our third-party partners such as Door Dash and UberEATS, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of each platform. Additionally, you will work cross functionally with Edible’s internal teams contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our system wide franchise operations, ensuring Edible Stores have the tools and resources for success.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in operations within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Location: This position will work onsite at our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday-Friday.

What that looks like day to day:

  • Responsibility for third-party platforms operational success by analyzing data and providing recommendations on solutions to improve third-party SLA compliance
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure execution of best practices across the franchise system
  • Work cross functionally with external third-party operational teams to improve processes and resolve issues
  • Recommend and develop new procedures and initiatives to optimize sales and operations of the third-party platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal playbooks and guides for the franchise owners
  • Assist with content creation (e.g., video, photography, and written communication) for new products and offers
  • Gather and analyze data from the Franchise Support and Customer Service teams
  • Collaborate with the Edible Compliance team on Franchise Operations and third-party compliance matters
  • Assist with the resolution of customer/franchisee service inquiries
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall Franchise Operations team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools. Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Internship or previous experience in operations, customer service, or a related area is a plus, but not required.

  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions to enhance operational processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members, franchise owners, and third-party operational teams
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively
  • Experience or interest in training content creation, including video, photography, and written communications, to support new product lines
  • Commitment to providing exceptional support to franchise owners and customers, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally
