Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and efficiently resolve inquiries and issues
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Process orders and ensure timely and accurate entry
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
  • Follow up with customer inquiries not immediately resolved to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer applications and data entry
