We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our growing team If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and creating quality designs aimed at helping businesses grow, this position is for you

Job Description/Responsibilities

The following is a list of responsibilities and skills for this position:

  • Send invoices to Stampli
  • Outsource order acknowledgements and purchase orders/receipts to applicable purchaser or card holder
  • Outsource vendor and subcontractors promotional emails, coupons and updates to purchasing team and any Account Executive or applicable support staff
  • Send all tax related questions, bills, calls, and emails/attachments directly to the appropriate people
  • Send lien waivers to Project Management and Account Executives
  • Respond to payment status updates from vendors, subcontractors, and internal employees
  • Track down and follow up on any outgoing issue related but not limited to:
    • Nonpayment of invoices
    • Obtaining required documentation
    • Any other matter that may need a problem to be solved or has halted in conversation
  • Update billing information when needed
  • Be available to take all AP related calls
  • Managing Quickbooks and ensuring all information is up to date
  • Creating monthly reports for the leadership team


Education, Licenses, and Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience (Preferred)
  • 2-year degree in a related field (Preferred)
