Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Microsoft Azure Cloud Administrator to join our Expert Network cloud infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our client(s) cloud-based applications and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Manage Azure virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and other Azure resources
  • Configure and monitor Azure security features such as firewalls, network security groups, and Azure Active Directory
  • Work with development teams to ensure proper application deployment and scaling in Azure
  • Monitor Azure resource utilization and performance, and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure-based applications and services
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud administration
  • Strong knowledge of Azure networking, security, and storage services
  • Experience with Azure automation, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Resource Manager templates
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure Active Directory
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304) is a plus
