We are hiring a full-time Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hendersonville Clinic. This position offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits and tuition reimbursement opportunities. The pay range is $65-80k per year depending on experience and clinical licensing and experience is required.


The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment and understand the balance leadership requires, including professionalism, organizational goals and compassion. This position is a working manager role requiring clinical shift work and management responsibilities with an emphasis on developing clinical staff.


OVERVIEW: Responsible for daily operations, including adhering to budget. Maintains and increases standards in quality patient care, efficiency, and continued excellence in customer service and patient satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and meeting efficiency, staffing, and financial goals. Demonstrates servant leadership, care for employees, and CHP core values.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Holds self and staff accountable to standards as put forth in CHP operating manual. Maintains, improves, and amends Operating Manual, policies, and procedures in conjunction with leadership team. Embodies and demonstrates CHP mission and core values.
  • Able to develop, implement, and maintain new policies as needed. Must be comfortable and competent in an evolving environment and able to operationalize new initiatives
  • Understands that maintaining excellent culture is the prerequisite for excellence in the clinic
  • Understands that excellent culture is built and maintained by leadership ensuring rigorous training and strict accountability to high standards in work ethic, technical competence, attention to detail, and service to neighbor while demonstrating empathy, care, respect, and support of the well-being of all staff.
  • Has a passion for teaching and training staff, and requires demonstrated excellence in staff knowledge, technical competency, and culture building. Supervises, orients, trains, and cross trains clinic staff to CHP standards
  • Develops training in new areas and service lines and ensures maintained competencies in existing staff. Follows up consistently to ensure understanding and continued compliance.
  • Participates in the development and leads the execution of clinic goals. Effectively communicates with employees, utilizing multiple channels and repetition.
  • Responsible for employee timekeeping and attendance.
  • Owns all functions of clinic operation including interviewing and hiring of clinic staff, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Desires and pursues opportunities for personal and professional growth. Understands that “training your replacement” is good for the entire practice and is a required demonstrated competency for advancement in the company.
  • Handles patient complaints and follows up with patients for negative reviews.
  • Responsible for staff work schedule. Ensures adequate and efficient staffing at all times. Expected to fill shift personally if unable to secure staffing
  • On Call for clinic operations 24/7 unless coverage obtained
  • Ensures efficient patient flow through clinics and monitors daily.
  • Maintains and monitors physical plants and secures repairs as needed. Responsible for cleanliness, safety, and lighting, including signage and exterior lighting
  • Oversees all clinic staff, including providers during business hours.
  • Has a working knowledge of all supervised positions and is responsible to filling in/assisting assuming appropriate licensure
  • Maintains and establishes vendor relationships and ensures contracted services are performed as expected.
  • Ensures all cash management procedures are followed.
  • Maintains Occ med and personal injury workflows. Regularly communicates customers to ensure we are meeting their needs.
  • Conducts huddles and regular staff meetings
  • Understands and follows all HIPAA policies. Monitors employees to ensure compliance.
  • Knowledge of all company’s tech stack, including EMR, online scheduling, and Teams.
  • Works with leadership team to follow company Compliance Program policies and procedures.
  • Ensures all clinical buckets in Athena are being worked properly and develops and manages workflows and training for such, if indicated.
  • Works with Marketing to correctly implement and maintain marketing programs, including providing staff for community engagement and championing internal marketing initiatives for other service lines.
  • Attends all required meetings and trainings.
  • Oversees the ordering of supplies and medication. Ensures the proper disposal of supplies.
  • Performs routine office functions including copying, faxing, scanning, mailing, sorting, and filing of patient and clinic materials as appropriate.
Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred


EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of clinical experience in a Medical Office setting required, 1+ year(s) of experience of management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred.


CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: BLS certification within 30 days of hire required RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT or other applicable clinical license preferred
