Mike Haggerty Buick GMC is seeking professional and outgoing sales and customer service agents to join our team. We are looking for employees to assist in supporting our customers with world class service and helping us in building and representing our General Motors brand.

Responsibilities;

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and text in the goal of setting appointments

-Set and confirm appointments, follow up for each shown or missed appointment

-Speak with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services

-Drive customer traffic into the dealership. 

-Have basic knowledge of the products we sell.

- Be able to over come obstacles and customer objections in a friendly and proficient manner.

-Understand and implement dealership sales process
