Summary

The Financial Analyst supports firm level treasury operations, helps to consolidate, report, and analyze financial results for company operations, and prepares lender and JV compliance requirements. This is a broad financial position, with exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting/budgeting and will help guide the organization in financial decision making.

What You’ll Do:

· Uphold Trinitas Core Values – Develop with Purpose & Passion, Act with Extreme Ownership, and Do The Right Thing

· Collaborate with leaders across various business functions to prepare annual business plans and forecasts for their departments and divisions.

· Update and report monthly and annual financial results vs budget on assigned departments and divisions.

· Maintain and update monthly cash flow forecast for assigned departments and divisions.

· Assist with developing and maintaining various company analytical dashboards.

· Assist with maintaining property waterfall models by entering new data in a timely fashion, while ensuring the model is operating effectively.

· Compile weekly cash reports to ensure all company bank accounts are appropriately capitalized to authorize release of company payables.

· Assist with corporate bank account openings, closings, KYC, account signatures, etc. with banking partners.

· Manage various cash management processes including submitting and reconciling positive pay files, processing fund transfers, and managing user administration on various banking platforms.

· Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills including, but not limited to: lookups, nested, index, and match formulas; pivot tables; and Microsoft Power products.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Keen eye for attention to detail and someone who manages risk appropriately.
  • Able to effectively communicate to senior leadership.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Work is generally performed in an office environment with standard office equipment available.
  • Ability to manipulate a computer keyboard.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
