How You’ll Succeed

• Passion for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests If you’re having fun, so will your customers
• You’re a math wizard that uses your skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips
• Confidently take ownership of your table’s safety and security. Use your keen attention to detail to promote a safe gaming space.
• Avid poker player? Use your accumulated knowledge of the game, to follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls as a poker dealer.
• We are looking for the right person to be a team member with high energy, a great attitude and desire to have fun at work and be part of Maverick Gaming
• Perform other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous Gaming experience and knowledge that includes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months dealing experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Gaming License.
• Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules.
