RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet expectations of the applicable competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Perform routine echocardiograms for evaluating possible abnormal heart defects or disease.
- Assist physicians with transesophageal echocardiograms.
- Conduct stress echocardiograms to evaluate coronary artery disease.
- Notify physicians daily for exam interpretation and check weekly for needed supplies.
- Demonstrate competence to perform assigned patient care responsibilities in a manner that meets the age-specific and developmental needs of patients served by the department.
- Appropriately adapt assessment, treatment, and/or service methods to accommodate age-specific or other developmental needs of the patient.
- Demonstrate adherence to the core values of our client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent
- Two years of experience in the Cardiology field
- Experience with stress testing
- BLS
Salary: BASED ON EXPERIENCE $34-$47
