Ground Builders is seeking a full time Video Content Creator and Social Media Lead. We are looking to expand and enhance our social media presence and we need the right candidate to collect the content and bring it to life

Responsibilities of position Include (not limited to):

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company website, marketing materials, and similar platforms
• Design and create promotional material
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company
• Collaborating with company department leaders to establish media objectives for their department
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics
• Interviewing team members, gathering B-Roll video, and creating film clips via editing raw footage captured
• Inserting closed captioning, graphics, music, or other on-screen text into video content
• Creating a monthly blog/email to all customers

• Ability to get the camera shot in multiple environmental and climate situations
• Be creative in content and apply attention to detail
• Be self-motivated
• Ability to work under deadline pressure
• Flexible schedule and ability to work remote
• Be organized and know how to manage time efficiently
• Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story
• Must be flexible, personable, and display good listening skills
• Be patient enough to wait for the perfect video or photo shot
• Be energetic and determined to finish projects
• Technical skills to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
• Must know computerized editing software and equipment
• Understanding of post-production techniques
• Can work with preferred software to edit and finish film work
• Know how to navigate social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Passion Must be passionate about content creation
• Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in video content creation
