Dallas Pulmonary & Critical Care (DPACC) is a private, pulmonary & critical care group practice consisting of 24 board certified physicians and more than 70 advanced practice providers. Due to the continued growth, DPACC is seeking additional physicians to join the practice.

Details:

• DPACC offers a great work life/balance with No Nights and 11-hour shifts
• DPACC covers many ICUs and has three outpatient clinics in the Dallas-Fort Worth area; DPACC physicians are assigned two ICUs & one clinic location
• Incoming physician may choose to practice pulmonary & critical care or just critical care (sample work schedules below)
• Candidates trained in Pulmonary/CCM or CCM only are being considered; Individuals with a team-oriented approach and/or leadership interests are strongly preferred
• Financial package is dependent upon practice mixture chosen as well as the candidate's background. Includes a competitive salary, sign on/relocation bonus, comprehensive benefits package (401K, Health, Dental, Life, Short-term disability, CME allowance, etc.) and partnership (discussed at end of first year)

Requirements:

• BE or BC in Pulmonary and Critical Care required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
