As a Front Office - Escrow Assistant You'll be the face of the office, welcoming visitors, answering phones, and supporting the escrow process for real estate transactions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation and coordination of escrow documents and files

- Review loan documents and ensure accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction

- Perform basic math calculations to verify payoffs and HOA demands

- Assist with loan processing and origination tasks as needed

- Maintain knowledge of mortgage servicing guidelines and regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns



Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in basic math calculations and comfortable working with numbers

- Excellent 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry

- Familiarity with loan processing, loan origination, and escrow services is a strong plus.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and real estate agents
