Position Overview: As a Corporate Banquet Server, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events in Kihei and Wailea. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of service, and upholding our commitment to excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work in stunning venues, collaborate with industry professionals, and contribute to the success of diverse corporate events.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Set up banquet tables, buffets, and beverage stations according to event specifications
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event
- Collaborate with event organizers and staff to deliver exceptional service
- Anticipate and address guests' needs promptly and effectively
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company with professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a banquet server or in hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Kihei and Wailea
