SUMMARY
- RBT starting pay rate of $30 per hour (w2 employment)
- RBT assignments available throughout Chester County, PA
URGENT NEEDS:
- Oxford, PA: Monday and Wednesday 3:00pm-5:15pm
- West Grove, PA: Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm-7:30pm
- West Grove, PA: Saturday 3.25 hours between 8:30am and 1pm
- West Chester, PA: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-1:30pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance to children/adolescents with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
- Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
- Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
Requirements
EDUATION / EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Experience working with children - preferred
CREDENTIALS:
(Clearances current within 12 months)
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate through the BACB
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
- TB Screening (current within 3 months)
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
