Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development from concept to completion
  • Prepare project construction documents
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with codes and regulations
  • Review project documentation for compliance

Qualifications:

  • Registered Architect
  • 5+ years experience in community-based design
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Sketchup
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
