Healdsburg Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, connecting with them through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, website forms, and chat services.
    • Engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs, answer their questions, and provide information on available vehicles and services.
  2. Lead Management:

    • Manage and maintain customer databases and lead tracking systems.
    • Track and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
  3. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership, test drive vehicles, or meet with sales representatives.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions.
  4. Customer Education:

    • Provide information on dealership promotions, financing options, and special offers to customers.
    • Educate customers about the benefits of choosing Healdsburg Chevrolet for their automotive needs.
  5. Sales Support:

    • Assist in the sales process by identifying and nurturing potential leads and forwarding them to sales representatives.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer outreach efforts.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate reports on customer interactions and lead conversion rates.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of BDC strategies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a BDC or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer engagement tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers in their automotive journey.
