Purchasing & Receiving Agent

Basic Purpose: Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient purchasing and receiving storeroom operation, ensuring optimum use of product, smooth flow of service. Focus on the safety of kitchen personnel, and maximum cost control.
Essential Functions:
1. Receive, record on daily log, store and issue all goods and materials for the entire operation, ensure controls, costs, and appropriate supplies for each area of the operation.
2. Inspect all deliveries to ensure daily compliance with all specifications, and verify that invoice, or packing slip is present.
3. Issue goods and supplies adhering to the Requisition SOP's to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to all department.
