Are you a highly motivated individual looking to join Hughes Real Estate Group of Silvercreek Realty in Eagle, ID as an Inside Sales Agent? This exciting role involves engaging with clients via telephone, recognizing lead opportunities, handling objections, arranging appointments, and embodying our company values with passion and professionalism. Become part of our team and play a key role in driving our ongoing growth and prosperity.

Compensation:

$21 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating communication with potential customers and clients.
  • Answering consumer's home buying/selling questions.
  • Outbound calling, email communication, and setting appointments with prospective leads. 
  • Participation in ongoing education/training.
Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills via phone and email. 
  • Ability to be on the phone throughout most of the day. 
  • Active Idaho Real Estate Salesperson license. 
  • Team player ready and excited to collaborate with other team members.
  • Consistently looking for increased efficiencies.
  • Exemplifies the, "How can I make this better" mindset with every project received.
