Job Description:
    Engagea Comm is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in various systems and databases, supporting our operations and ensuring the integrity of our data records. 

Job: Full time
Pay Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Input and update data into internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies as needed.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update databases by entering new data, performing regular data clean-up tasks, and ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and other documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to support business operations, identify trends, and track key performance metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on data entry work to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate data entry tasks and support overall business objectives.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry, with a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
