EDM Machinist Position overview for EDM Machinist:Hello, we have an immediate opening on day shift for an EDM Machinist. The pay range is $28 to $32 an hour (Wage dependent on experience and amount of training needed, will provide software training if needed) Benefits summary:

Shift Times:
  • The current day shift is Monday to Friday 6:00a.m. to 2:30p.m. sometimes later, when necessary, as late as 4:30pm.
Position responsibilities:
  • Design electrodes using Visi Tooling CAD software
  • NC Program electrodes using Visi CAM software
  • Cut electrode blanks and mount into Erowa holders
  • Machine electrodes using Makino CNC electrode cutting machines
    • Knowledge of Erowa electrode feeding robot a plus
  • Load, locate, and burn components using (3) Makino Sinker EDM machines
