Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to top-level executives in our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating meetings and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Organize and file documents, both electronically and hard copies, ensuring files are easily accessible.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
  • Help with personal tasks, such as running errands, shopping, and managing household expenses.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
