We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Mid-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in two key areas: spearheading international sales growth with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets, and providing support to our domestic sales team. You will play a vital role in developing relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving sales through effective communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to exceeding goals


Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage client relationships across cultures.

• Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate product/service value in both English and Spanish (preferred).

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals.

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Cultural awareness and a willingness to learn about different business practices.


Experience working with clients in Latin America or other Spanish-speaking regions.

• Experience with similar products/services in our industry.

• Bilingualism in English and Spanish.

• Experience collaborating with a domestic sales team.

• Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans, particularly for international markets.


We've established a solid foundation for international sales, particularly in Spanish-speaking markets. Now, we're seeking a Mid-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team and take our international efforts to the next level. This strategic role will leverage the groundwork that's been laid to develop and execute innovative sales plans, cultivate strong client relationships, and secure significant deals within these new territories.

Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record review. Must have a valid driver's license.
