We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Processor. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the title agent in the real estate transaction process. Your responsibilities will encompass a combination of administrative support and transaction processing tasks.

Salary varies depending on experience.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the order entry and post-close process.
  • Coordinate and schedule closing appointments.
  • Answer phone calls.


Transaction Processing:

  • Collaborate with the closing team to process and prepare necessary documentation for real estate closings.
  • Conduct research to verify property information and ensure compliance with title requirements.
  • Work closely with lenders, real estate agents, and other involved parties to facilitate a smooth transaction process.


Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide assistance in addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.


Detail Oriented:

  • Thoroughly review documents for accuracy.
  • Consider unique file-specific details such as timing, signing locations, close dates, etc.


Relationship Driven

  • Build relationships with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and others.


Technology Proficiency:

  • Utilize relevant software and tools to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the title processing workflow.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or a title agency is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and other tools related to title processing.
