We are seeking an agile, passionate, results oriented Associate IT Specialist to work with our Vice President of Security and Compliance. As part of the TurboPass Security Team you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external teams when they need technical assistance, remote troubleshooting, and diagnostics. We will count on you to determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the individual you are working with. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Help Desk experience looking to break into the Cybersecurity Field.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team members seeking technical assistance in office or over the phone.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the individual you are working with.
  • Walk the team member through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Record and report events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Assist with maintaining device, user, and company compliance
  • Microsoft Intune and Entra Management
  • Pushing out regular vulnerability simulation attacks and recording results
  • Assist with maintaining and ensuring policies are up-to-date
  • Assist in performing regular compliance Audits
  • Maintaining Network Infrastructure

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile, devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented and cool-tempered
  • BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or comparable experience in Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
  • Good understanding of coding and cmdlet commands
  • Experience with Jira or other similar project management tools
  • Comfortable with computing and user documentation processes
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a reasonable level of productivity
